One of the best soulslikes

GOTY for me.
Beautifully crafted game, with a great story that surpriesed me and kept me enganged all the way until the end. Went in completely blind and this is one of the two games that I would love to replay without knowing anything about it.

Beautiful game!
The theme is not for everybody, but if you can slip into the role of a highschool girl, you'll be fine.
Wish I could delete my memory and play it again.

One of the best roguelike games out there!
Rebirth takes everything that made the original Binding of Isaac great and fixes a lot of the problems the first game had.
The game has a steep learning curve, but rewards every successful playthrough with tons of unlocks, both items and new levels.
With over 400 items, of which most have awesome synergies, many different seeds and characters, the game never gets boring.
On top of it, the modding community just started getting active with new characters, rebalancing and custom challenges!

The graphic might not be everyones cup of tea, but the built in filter makes the game slightly less pixelated.

The only real downside is, that there are some occassions where hits are unavoidable and feel unfair.
