I meant to review this game at a total of 400 hours but got distracted fixing my train station stacker blueprint and next thing I knew it was late at night and I missed my mark. Factorio is without a doubt one of the best "thinking" games you can totally zone out on by not thinking and just focusing on growing the factory. Hundreds of amazing mods on top of one of the most solid foundations of a base game. Factorio is a must try for anyone who loves city builders, base management, strategy type games. Give it a go you wont be disappointed!

With the newest update the game is fixed and is finally playable again! I wish everyone to change their ratings so this game can get the rating it deserves. While the game had a rocky yet fun start its finally removed the rocky and replaced it with pure fun.

Played all the betas with my activation key, preordered gold edition. A few bugs here and there in the launched version none of which I saw in the beta. These will be ironed out as the game goes on.

Played about 50 hours plus of the betas so I know what am getting into. A fantastic MMO RPG shooter hybrid, the crafting system is robust and the combat is engauging despite the bullet spunge type enemies. Dark zones are a blast and provide some of the most intense player interaction Ive experienced in a long time.

8/10 A great game so far will update later as I achieve more stuff end game.

We asked the admin on a server if he could help us out by spawning us some bones for our monument, since the server would crash if we killed an animal. (this has since been fixed)

The admin spawned a bear right next to our camp, in which the bear decided we looked very tasty.
The bear stampeeded across our nice neat rows of houses, attacking us and killing us mercicely.
Eventually we chased the bear down the coast and beat it to death with shovels.
After my team mates and I killed the bear, we proceded to all stand around and argue over who would get it.

A fight ensued during which my character fell unconscious.
My team mates then decided to either A) kill me with a shovel and save the effort or reviving me, or B) beat my broken bones back into place with a hammer.

11/10 would listen to my team mates discuss how to torture my unconscious body again.

ACTUAL REVIEW:

GAMEPLAY
Okay so this is a bloody fantastic game, you start out on an island with absolutly nothing. Combat is really fun and reminds me of Age of Chivary. There are so many options it is absolutly insane. They all work together flawlessly and end up making for a great gameplay, be it bloody combat or building yourself a settlement with friends. Key point about this game, YOU NEED FRIENDS OR YOU WILL DIE. It is very hard to solo this game. Almost impossible, I have not seen someone do it unless they steal/kill for their possesions.
GRAPHICS
D11 just got released two days ago, and already all of the graphical glitches I have seen have been fixed. This game runs very smoothly on ultra with my gtx 970. High settings I was running it at almsot 100 FPS. Even at high settings however the terrain looks absolutly beautifal.

I cannot praise this game enough. My first character play through lasted me 60 hours on hard! This is a RPG well worth your time and effort.

The story is fantastic and while not always given in the best of forms, I found the dark fantasy hordes quite compelling and genuially got involved with my characters. The host of romancable companions only adds to this endevour.

Combat is enjoyable as well, I played as a arcane warrior mage, so I was able to use a sword and magical spells to deavistating effect and have killed well over 1000 darkspawn personally.

11/10 would save the world again

Remarkable one of the best premastered editions of a game I have ever played. Having played through the first original homeworld and homeworld 2 this makes me extremely happy. When I attempted to install them on my updated operating system I was sorely disappointed when they did not run correctly. Now however I can play to my hearts content!

If you love Homeworld, you will love this. If you love Space RTS, you will love this. If you just love amazing sounds and graphics, you will love this. Like i said. One word... Amazing

Big applause to all the guys that worked on this at Gearbox and for the original developers and voice actors (Which helped with premastered). You guys made a masterpiece into an even better masterpiece

100000/10 would definitly buy again, and once more for all my friends.

An absolute gem of a game, story is excellent, combat is fun and lethal and above all you actually care about this universe.

I have played through all three games twice, and I wouldnt say anything bad about them. The graphics are on par with the time of release and the music is very thrilling. If you want updated graphics I suggest downloading any one of the numerous graphical enhancement mods that exist, they really add a lot.

I would definitely rate this game very high its replay value.

9/10 Game Over All

This is the first non hard-core product(AAA title) on my steam account, and let me tell you. It is one of my favorite games by far. Its a very light hearted yet challenging platformer about a young boy in space who has to travel through a house to find his way home.

The visuals are very unique and honestly I never get tired of them, the music fits the mood of the game quite well and is a joy to listen too. The controls are easy to master as well, admittedly I still sometimes mess up when playing its not much of a hindrance.

All in all I would highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a light hearted, fun loving and highly enjoyable game.

I am hardly half way through the game and let me tell you it is utterly fantatic. The characters are heartwarming and lovable despite the harsh environment. And let me tell you its a very hard world in The Banner Saga, you just start to get attached to your characters and then they DIE! Its heart wrenching really! But I would expect nothing less from former Bioware employees. A joy well done 10/10!

I most definetly reccomend this game, if youve played the first mass effect you absoltly love the second installment of the series. However its also a fantastic stand alone game.
