The Devilled Egg
The Devilled Egg   Pangnirtung, Nunavut, Canada
 
 
Ingredients
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 dash of paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon of dijion mustard
- 1 dash of parmesean
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
- 1 green onion stalk finely chopped
- a dash of seasame seeds and seaweed bits
- 1/2 tablespoon of mayo
- 1-3 drops of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of smoked salmon bits
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Boil Eggs.
2. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside.
3. Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl and stir everything else in. Make it smooth by using a mixer.
4. Once everyhting is smooth, use a piping bag (or a ziplock bag with the corner cut) and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
5. Top with a chunk of smoked salmon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, sesame seeds and oregano.
6. Dig the ♥♥♥♥ in.
