This is a very cathartic game. I don't know how, but it made me relate with thousand year old beings. A true hidden gem!

For anyone reading this looking for a typical choices matter sim, this isn't what you're looking for. But it does have gripping dialogue and a good story!

I'm so, so thankful to have stopped to play this game. It's painful, but compelling to the point that I could not put it down even when the scenes were actively hurting me emotionally. /j

All kidding aside, I do recommend this game very much. Just be sure not to read the spoilers for maximum enjoyment (read: pain) and impact!

I'm not really much a fan of golfing games, so I went into this completely blind and not knowing it's a kind-of spiritual successor to another game. But even if you skip that one, you're still in for a treat. This game's story is completely understandable without the backstory of that game, though you will more fully appreciate it withthe context.

But enough about that. The Cub is a highly enjoyable 2D platformer with gorgeous graphics and great storytelling and presentation. If I had to compare it to one game, it's most similar to Planet of Lana, including the atmosphere and vaguely sci-fi story. I loved the aesthetics of this game as well as its soundtrack and ambience. Listening to the radio playing in the background did take the edge off of my frustration when I encountered areas where I frequently died (there are many sequences where extremely precise button mashing is required).

All in all, if you're a fan of 2.5D platformers the likes of Limbo, Inside, and the aforementioned Planet of Lana, then this game is for you.

Jusant is such a wonderfully beautiful, zen-like experience. I have to commend its worldbuilding– told not through narration but entirely through environmental storytelling. I'm sold on the experience.

I've been waiting for this game to come out for AGES. I'm so glad I didn't forget about this game, because the wait was so worth it. I have a liking for story based games and the plot has me hooked from the get-go. It's almost like watching a movie unfold. Personally, I find the puzzles could be a bit more challenging for me, but perhaps it'll improve as I play through more.

It does have a few issues running on my Steam Deck though, a few of the cutscenes don't play in its entirety... I had to continue playing on my laptop because it was bugging me.

This is a pretty good game that manages to portray the horrors of war in a respectable manner. Part side-scroller, part first-person, part puzzle game that meshes together into a pretty unique experience. Well done.

This game is longer than I expected. Very good story, too.

A very, very pretty game with decent puzzeles. Its main draw is its plot, which is told entirely through cutscenes and environmental storytelling. It's pretty good in my book.

What a beautiful, gorgeous game with great graphics and an amazing story. I can't believe I've been following this project for years, back when it was still called HK_Project. That long wait is so worth it. No spoilers, but that ending was pretty touching. Good job, guys.
