The hours that Steam shows that I've played are only for the vanilla experience. I've been playing this game modded both with the Misery Mod and the Call of Chernobyl mod, which both combined would total way more than the 22 I have logged. Overall, my experience with both the vanilla and modded experience has been absolutely amazing. Hours of enjoyment, though modding the game will enhance the experience.
