This has been coming for a while, I'm finally changing my review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

Toxic gameplay has been becoming more rampant in this game over time, and the devs refuse to acknowledge or fix it, arguing that splitting the player base is to be avoided at all costs.
However, if things stay like this, the player base won't just be split, but reduced, due to long time players finally being fed up with with being ignored. Players will keep dropping the game, either never to return or waiting for this to be addressed.

This game NEEDS custom matches and a way to keep toxic players from just ruining the experience for others in regular Bounty Hunt. "Camping" was supposedly addressed with addition of the Stalker Beetle and such, but that doesn't stop people from just sitting around hidden in a dark corner and doing nothing until someone runs in front of their crosshairs, for the entire match. Only as one example of this toxic gameplay.

I am not coming back until this is resolved. I am starting to regret ever giving the developers the benefit of a doubt and pumping as much money into them as I did.


So no: Do not buy the game unless you're into supporting toxic behaviour.
