Latest update broke Steam deck support, it looks like they did this intentionally for some reason, not to mention they seem to want to apply this to the entire backlog, making impossible to trust and buy a new game ever again.

Addictive

Don't play this if you value your time, the game can eat 12 hours in the snap of seconds and you have no clue where the time went.

Otherwise go for it, as it's a great time waster with great mod support.

The new expansions expands the game heavy as well so do not forget to check it out, it will easily eat a lot of more of your time that you didn't know you had.

Got my key revoked due a Publisher dispute, a publisher they had between 2019-2021, I bought the game in 2018.... I argue that they revoked keys in bad fate knowing fully well that it would affect bystanders who bought said game in good fate.

I personally recommend not touching anything from this developer or publisher, including past ones such as Gathering Tree. You never know what they will do next. The bridges are burned.

This been pretty much the best visual novel I've played to date and hands down the best VN I've read on Steam ( I own pretty much all ), while it's not perfect mostly because a somewhat slow start and the last route not being remotely able to live up to the two before it, but what makes up to this is the second and third route covering Aqua, one of the best written characters to date if you ask me.

I strongly recommend this title for anyone who want a emotional story about finding your place in this universe.

Took me 31 hours to beat the main game and I consider myself a average speed reader. (I've yet to start the side stories) and another 8 hours to complete the side stories that's also really worth to read, it flesh out many of the side characters in the story and connect some of the dots.

The good:
* All characters are well written, specially Aqua who might be the best written character in a VN so far.
* Second and third route is more or less the reason to read this novel..
* Really liking the art of this title but I've always liked Kuuchuu Yousai art.
* A emotional and interesting story that make you think.
* Aqua
* Aqua ( yeah I think you get it )

The mediocre:
* The last route is a bit of a letdown compared to the two before it.
* The music while good is very repeatable.
* Some questions left unanswered.

The bad:
* Slow start, might be off-putting for some but keep at it it will get a lot better.

If you enjoy key's previous works you will enjoy this title just as much specially if you enjoy Planetarian as this title shares a lot of common themes with it.

If your like me, reading at average speed this title will last you about 4 hours, and the novel was interesting from start to end.

It comes packed with all the emotions you expect from Key and it won't let down on any of them, so prepair yourself.

The epic conclusion of the Zero escape trilogy finally here, and all I can say is that it's been quite a good ride from start to the end. This been pretty much the best survival mystery game I've played.

But thinking that you should pickup this and start here, then stop, this game is completes the two games before this and if you skip over those won't give you a good experience what so ever, that said 999 and Zero Escape Last reward are both on the way to Steam.

The game is far from perfect and there is quite a few weird plot holes / plot conveniences in the overall story but they are not big enough to kill the joy of the game as a whole.

Overall thought if you want a good enjoying puzzle game with tons of suspense and mystery this is for you, but make sure you play the prequels before this one.

To short for the pirce they asked for now thinking back about it, should have done some research but heard 6h... when it was closer to 3h.

The ending is also quite a mayor let down.... specially consider the build up for it and then... that, no I really can't recomend this game for this price.

If you want a game about hiking, and want a ending that will let you feel let down quite massivel and feel robbed at the same time well pick it up, or wait at least till 5$ or less.

This one is one of the better JRPG's released on PC as of today, while not the best JRPG ever it's still a very good game that will last you for up to 50 hours if not more.

* Awesome combat system that rellies heavelly on player skill when playing on anything above Normal.
* The music is really good.
* Overall likable character, specially Edna.
* Offer good challange on higher difficulties, I recomend playing it on hard.

* The plot in this game is one of the weakest in Tales of series.
* The friendly NPC AI in combat is everything but the best.
* Gear system is more complex then it really needed to be.

Disclamer: I'm a big Tales fan so, my view might be bit biassed.
