a classic that easily still holds up. it has perhaps one of the most enjoyable stories i've played in a game, an active battle system that's easy to learn and fun, along with several quality of life additions that make it easy to jump in and back out of.

i did crash several times though, but thankfully the quick save system is really good, so getting back to where you left off is easy. i eventually found a simple solution anyways in downgrading my AMD drivers to 23.5.2 and using windows updates show or hide troubleshooters to stop windows from force updating.

mirror's edge + zombies. i love the movement mechanics in this game, its simultaneously free-flowing yet a little restricted for some realism. it also ties into combat well, and thus makes the flow of the game solid. i think i started liking the game less though when guns became significantly easier to obtain, since it made combat trivial. either way it's a fun time.

don't 100% this game, the co-op achievements alone make it significantly annoying to coordinate people to get together. public lobbies were mostly people just doing the "be the zombie" mode, and not achievements. past that, bozak's trial's together till the end achievement was bugged for me, and i ended up using SAM after 3 completed attempts. the hellraid dlc was also terrible, being a roguelite with no randomized elements.

Another free short and fun puzzle game from rusty lake. Having been with the series for several years, I was having plenty of fun recognizing references to all the previous games stuffed in here. It's not particularly difficult either, so I'd recommend others to try this out.

A super casual fun time just cleaning up things with friends. Would recommend if you really want to clean something *and not want to 100% it*. It's especially a blast with friends, and servers work great.

Otherwise, the game doesn't clarify a lot of specific strategies needed to 100% levels, like optimizing the punch-o-matic and how stacking areas work. Don't get me started on blood splatter going out of bounds. If you do go this route, all I'll say is to have the console menu handy.

Past that though, it really is just a great relaxing time.

One of the greatest 2D adventure sandbox games ever made, easily. The main gameplay loop is to get new weapons and use them to kill harder and harder enemies. These tools that'll help you can be obtained in several different ways that keeps the game fresh. Past that, you can opt to build masterpieces, peacefully fish, or toil away in the mines. Couple this with really good multiplayer balancing and local servers, you'll get a fun time with friends.

Absolutely recommend, it's a game that everyone can pick up and play.

Personally first played this game when I was much younger on the Wii, and to now be able to play at 2K 60 fps is an absolute joy. The gameplay is relaxing, simple, and casual enough that it can be played with anyone.

DO NOT 100% THIS GAME IT IS PAINFULLY TEDIOUS. The fact that you need to get true jedi, all minikits and collectibles, and challenges in every level results in a ton of backtracking, and as such extends the game at least 5 times over.

I like this entry more than the 2nd one, but not more than the 3rd. Despite that, it's a solid entry and is absolutely worth playing, especially if you've played all the games in the series up to this point. I really like the interconnectivity of the puzzles in this series. You'll be going in and out of multiple areas, and it's great how they all come together in the end. There are no multiple endings, which I do wish there was.

All in all, play it. It's great.

My favorite entry in this series. The setting for this entry is more interconnected with every act, in contrast to the last entry. There's a main lobby of sorts, so the opportunity for solutions grew a lot. There's also multiple endings, so this one has the most replayability yet. Highly recommend.

The Room Two is a complete step up from the previous game. I felt that the puzzles this time around were better than the first game. The settings here are more expansive, having multiple different backdrops beyond a room in a box. The controls were also improved here, as you can zoom out and interact with a whole room. All in all, it's worth a play.
