I've actually really enjoyed this one and feel like a lot of people give this one crap for it's ending without really looking deeper into it and just chalking it up as "oh ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it was all a dream" twist with no substance. When the game does a lot of work to make It make sense and directly connect to the bus driver's trauma. All in all the good ending was actually kind of touching seeing him able to forgive himself,be forgiven by Vince and move on from the past.

Honestly Kind of disappointed by my experience especially after how perfect Act 1 was. As you can really tell this game was early access and Act 1 was the slice that was offered for it because so much content, depth, choices, and things to do here with absolutely no bugs at least none I encountered this does not carry over however making this game very top heavy and honestly kind of deceptive as it being a crpg is rather long.

My critique will be divided by Act 2 and Act 3 as they each have their own unique issues and positives.

Act 2:
In general it just feels way to short and lacking in content along with more minor bugs that didn't really impact my experience but good to mention for the extremely bug-adverse.The main thread of the Shadowlands, Shar's curse and the Villain of the Arc Ketheric Thorm are all really really good but what you expect to do in the same amount of time and steps and options as were available in Act 1 are not there for Act 2 in addition to just a severe lack off side content period in Act 2 to do as well with like as far as I remember like two side things you can do total. This would all be fine I'm no opponent of smaller scale games and what was there was still really really good it was just kind of jarring and left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth after how immense Act 1 was and even the length and size of Act 3 it being its own Act kind of feels extremely arbitrary and I have to ask WHY?

Act 3:
This is the main reason I do not recommend at least until a definitive Edition comes out. This Act is an incomplete mess.I can see the spark of something good there and there are moments where it truly reaches excellence (i.e. House of Hope,House of Grief, and The Iron Throne) but you can yell it was rushed out to beat Starfield for release date and it 100% NEEDED more time in the oven.It is absolute bug central multiple quest were either completely unable to complete or the game just didn't register I did so and placed scenes and scenarios as if I didn't as well as just in general what feels like not accounting for certain choices I made and completely ignoring them. There was one bug where I straight up could not see half the battlefield because a giant bugged out model if the nether brain covered it.My camera and sometimes the camera just straight up refuse to move past certain arbitrary spots, multiple npcs were auto hostile and I had to reload to prevent this,The cloud sync just straight up doesn't work and sits their spinning, random crashes sometime when I'd load up a save and probably many more bugs I either don't remember or am unaware of due to it locking me out of content I'd have otherwise seen.So ya it's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken if I'm being totally honest Act 3 was more broken for me than Cyberpunk 2077 and I played that on release day albeit pc. Another issue is the pacing many companions just feel straight up abandoned as characters by this point and barely get and new content or interactions to make them feel like actual people who exist and relate tot he res to your group and just sort of become lifeless dolls to throw at enemies which is rather disappointing. They completely lack things and dialog and don't really weigh in much to situations to make them feel more involved.More directly is how little time there is to build up Orin and Gortash especially with it feeling like a lot of the context and investment with Orin would have came with being The Dark Urge. Both of their take downs also feel very squished and cut down upon to both fit into a single act where they could have done much more with both of them. The Final problems being with ending sequence one a bit more nit-picky and preference based but sort of feed into the other which is just straight up just bad.Lets start with the first I don't like how they implemented the Allies with them simply being an ability menu for each for the final confrontation just felt cheap when I wanted them to like idk actually show up and help fight for a more cinematic ending as well as more engaged goodbyes with all of them but I guess that and one non consequential line each is all we get which feels kind of underwhelming which extends through out the whole with there nit really being one and it.just feels incomplete and unfinished.Barely any of your choices are accounted for no real goodbyes or hint of wtf happens next just good job or bad job hero hero let's go party which could have easily been solved what is basically a standard in rpgs being the end game slideshow. Its all just kind of a wet fart that can barely even considered a real ending it feels like a placeholder for when they patch in a real ending latter.

Tl;Dr top heavy game wait to buy and play for all the irons to be wrinkled out, still good but far from the greatest rpg of all time as some hype it up to be.If you really really need a crpg fix right now.id recommend Pathfinder Wrath of The Righteous instead as a better alternative right now.

Edit: Patch 1&2 have fixed many of my complaints especially when it come to bugs and performance as well as the epilogue feeling more complete albeit still not perfect but actually acceptable now.So i'm changing this to a would recommend now good on Larian for quickly addressing such problems despite obsessive fanboys who display extreme toxic positivity. I still have problems with some of act 3's pacing and id still like an end game slide show for a more comprehensive understanding of what happens next but its firmly earned a would recommend now.

Really good game with an interesting world Disco Elysium-like writing, engaging character, and an intriguing mystery to unravel at the center. It get a lot of hate for blatantly sequel-baiting and leaving a lot of questions unanswered which I understand but for whats there it's still really good and it did a good job at making me want that sequel to see what happens next.Definitely grab for a discount it's 100% overpriced for its length and not feeling completely complete but its a great opener to the world it introduces making me want to see more of what Eggnut has to offer.

Like I came into this expecting hot garbage from all the negative reception I kinda heard around it but like honestly it's a really really good kind of poetic horror narrative game that feels like it only got a negative reception for not appealing to the same letsplay little kid scream loudly crown The Dark Descent did.I recommend

Honestly it's a really fun puzzle-platformer. The amateurish character designs and god-awful font choice put me of at first but once ?I got into the grove I realize the amount of heart put into this and how much fun I was having collecting relics and thinking out the solution for every level.I do understand the negative reception however because there are some bugs that ruin the flow of gameplay and ultimately just frustrate. For instance the orcas don't always register my input to ride them and the second to final level arbitrarely allows you to succed depending on how close two entities entities are too each other getting me really pissed off for half an hour.Things like that aside however at it's core their is a really a good game.Easy recommend for me.

This is actually one of those games were failing can be a lot more satisfying and fun than mid-maxing your route and getting back to London as quickly as possible. This game is the actual epitome of it's not about the destination it's the journey as you get really invested in the little stories you stumble up travelling around the world and it really does suck you in and makes you feel like you are on a grand journey full of wonders and memories you will never forgot.I highly recommend it and don't worry about the timer just go wherever you want/find interesting and you will have a good time.

My Favorite Part was when the Unicorn named Peggy the Pegger said "It's Peggin Time"

But in all seriousness unironically a great casual twist on pachinko that's a really fun time sink where you must hit all the orange pegs and get as high of a score you can.I played this one as a kid at my boomer neighbors house and it brings back great memories with all the cozy nostalgia.

Admittedly, I found It really fun and novel at first. The small little story lines of crimes you get like the crossbow killer and the school gas leak add nice flavor to experience as well and I enjoyed the small scale that allows you to get more invested in each case you are sending officers into and taking calls for. It'd all make for a good 2 or 3 small little game. The problem is it isn't only 2 or 3 hours. As the campaign progresses you get the feeling oh they are going to make it more interesting by gradually introducing more types of disasters with unique was of handling them with instances like the tornados and large fires which I liked however that's all they introduce in vanilla at least. No the the main method of ramping it up they actually use is spamming you with small scale scenarios and shootouts which quickly become tedious and annoying souring the entire experience making the game feel more like a chore of pause click pause click pause click over and over again till the day finishes with no time to actually care about any of it. Overall pick it up on sale its a good 2 hours experience but I cannot recommend it full price as the full experience past the begging is just eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhh and quickly outwears its welcome.

Honestly this game a lukewarm no from me.It was fine enough I guess just made me want to play other better games *cough cough "Hotline Miami".I thought the concept of making the gameplay a bit more tactical with old fashioned guns from the time was cool but it didnt really go that far into the idea and it was just kind of boring. I'm probably not going to remember this one but if you want more of a certain mentioned game I guess you could always do worse.
