I've been playing Runescape and Jagex titles for 20+ years. This game is not just for the Runescape fans, but anyone who enjoys survival/crafting games. It has great potential and I will be enjoying the steps along the way as more content is added.

Game needs too much work to be playable at a reasonable expectation at this time. Movement is slow, almost feels like driving a slow car. Mantling is terrible. 0/5

It's been about 10 years since I even thought about this game. As a Metal Gear nerd I always felt this was a money grab trying to latch onto the MG franchise. So, I never bought or played it. With the news of the MG re-release and Delta remaster, I decided to grab MGR and give it an honest try. As a sword wielding cyborg ninja it is a fun game hands down. However the softball attempts to tie it back into the MG universe are very lackluster. Whether it be the on liner of "Kept you waiting, huh" or seeing Sunny it just doesn't fit.

The game as a solo experience solid 8/10
As a Metal Gear game - 3/10

Game is absolutely trash. Theres nothing fun about watching others play a game.
