Having played the more recent tomb raider series, I have to say that this game truly is advancing in gameplay and options as well as the cosmetic options. There are certain issues that I find difficult when playing, but that is all due to the fact that they strive hard to make this game feel real in the sense of movement. It is much harder to cheat or find broken parts of the game, compared to the previous entries. Though, all the new abilities granted allow for personal choices in what areas you need assistance in. In my personal opinion for games that I wish to play, while my internet is down, Shadow of the Tomb Raider is my current first choice.

When I first came across this, the map was tiny and you could only do so much. Of course it was early access, and the over all feel of from the beginning to the end. You can feel the love that went into this game, and still does. It's a lovely game to relax with or just be silly as you mess with the slimes. Always finishing up to the point I could and waiting for the next update so I could continue on. The story which didn't come until later on, was quite sweet. The journey the previous owner took and the lessons he learned. Up until the end, too cute.

The first time I saw this game, it was through a play-through. The let's player sadly didn't continue it, but it looked so interesting and amazing. I'm glad I made this purchase, because this game truly is a masterpiece in its art, game-play, and story. Playing this game has made me realize what life could be like if we create ones to save who we are. Another game who touches a similar idea is Soma, yet this has a more Tron style feel.

so what if the servers arent working, doesnt mean the game is ruined...patience is key, you wont die from not playing a game you "own" in the first few hours...true gamers never quit!

Basically, if you like games that ridicule others and is just funny...you'll enjoy this one
