Brownie
Ingredientes:

-200g de chocolate negro
-150g de mantequilla
-200g de azúcar moreno
-3 huevos
-120g de harina
-1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
-Una pizca de sal
-Nueces picadas al gusto (opcional)

Instrucciones:

- Precalentar el horno a 180°C y preparar un molde cuadrado o rectangular de unos 20cm cubriéndolo con papel de hornear.

- Derretir el chocolate junto con la mantequilla a baño maría o en el microondas en intervalos de 30 segundos.

- Añadir el azúcar moreno al chocolate derretido y mezclar bien.

- Agregar los huevos uno por uno y mezclar bien después de cada uno.

- Tamizar la harina, la levadura y la sal sobre la mezcla de chocolate y mezclar hasta obtener una masa uniforme.

- Añadir las nueces picadas si se desea y mezclar.

- Verter la mezcla en el molde preparado y hornear durante unos 25-30 minutos, o hasta que el centro esté ligeramente húmedo.

- Sacar del horno y dejar enfriar antes de cortar en porciones y servir.
