Mandatory if you are a fan of Game of Thrones, given that you have seen the show up through season 4 already, or have read the books through Storm of Swords. They proved themselves with Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us, and now Telltale and Game of Thrones seems to be a match made in heaven. This game tells an original and very compelling story and, while it does give the "illusion" of choice in a way (follows a central story with different paths to follow), in true Game of Thrones fashion many of the choices presented will have you second guessing yourself constantly while the game keeps you on edge wondering what it will throw at you next. This is especially true for anyone intimately familiar with the show and books, as there will be many moments where you will attempt to make your decisions based on knowledge of the characters and setting from the source material. Also does not disappoint in sudden and game-changing plot twists that Game of Thrones is well known for.

If you have no prior experience with Game of Thrones, this game will be quite useless to you. However, being in that position I would have to highly recommend the TV series and/or books; as a whole this set of works is one of the best that literature and TV have seen in a long time.

Metro Redux, 2033 in particular, solidifies the Metro series' position near the pinnacle of next gen gaming. While the original 2033 was great, this remake fixes nearly all of the problems it had, making it just as good as Last Light, and keeping each game with a unique experience - they are not just carbon copies of each other. The game allows you to play "spartan mode" - in the more stealth shooter style of Last Light, or "survival mode" - in the more survival horror style of the 2033. The game looks absolutely beautiful as expected, though you will need a somewhat higher end system to see this game at its full potential. Pretty much contains everything great that Last Light did and alongside each other they make one hell of a series that I would highly advise you not to pass up.

Outstanding horror game and one of the best to come out in recent years since Amnesia as far as I'm concerned. Very immersive experience with a true horror feel. Runs very well on PC and looks fantastic. Plot takes somewhat of a backseat but it is compelling nonetheless. Definitely pick this one up if you like survival horror as this one is a gem of the genre.

Probably the best velociraptor and superhero simulator on the market currently. An excellent wrap up to the Saints Row main franchise and one of if not the best written comedy games I have ever played. Superpowers are incredibly fun to play around with endlessly and Deep Silver really outdid themselves with the amount of creative, wacky, and downright insane toys and weapons to play around with. Honestly I can't think of a single major criticism for this game, it has everything you could ever want in an open world game, outstanding amount of gameplay and content and limitless ability to do it all.

Make Senpai notice you in this balls to the wall hack-and-slash shooter extravaganza. You will be feeling kawaii as ♥♥♥♥ after playing this game because let's face it, who the hell doesn't want to be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ samurai? Mormons, that's who. While the gunplay is fun, where the game really shines is its swordplay, which is extremely satisfying and probably stands alongside Metal Gear Rising in terms of great sword fighting games that provide sheer enjoyment. The dialogue is surprisingly hilarious and some of the funniest material I have heard in a game in ages, which is an awesome surprise that I wasn't expecting at all. As far as the protagonist, Lo Wang is probably the most badass asian since Wei Shen or Bruce Lee.

In short, I would definitely recommend trying all the things seen in this game at home, because while I haven't myself, they look freaking amazing and a hell of a lot of fun.

Great shooter and it has probably has one of the best stories out there in a game. It's an amazing addition to the Bioshock series as the gameplay is fun and challenging giving you tons of new powers to play around with. The story of the DLC also connects the universe of this game to the universe of the original Bioshock in Rapture, which is pretty damn awesome.

Probably the most masterfully done stealth/FPS game done to date. Using your assassin's tools and magic powers given to you by who appears to be Dante from Devil May Cry, you can choose to play the game lethally or non-lethally, and stealth and combat can be mixed and matched almost seamlessly. The balance between lethal and non-lethal playthroughs with the chaos system is extremely well done, providing noticeable changes to the world based on how you play . Graphically, the game is extremely well done. The watercolor scheme used goes very well with the steampunk/victorian setting of the game and makes it all very aesthetically appealing. Additionally the game seems to run extremely smooth when benchmarked against other similar games. The gameplay itself is amazing, and pretty much has everything that a good stealth game needs. Overall I would say Dishonored is probably the single best stealth game I've ever played to date, and is a definite must play.

Simply one of the best samurai/swordplay games out there. Platinum delivers a top notch high-octane game that keeps you pumped through and through. With mechanics like Blade Mode and Zandatsu you will find yourself becoming incredibly engaged in the action of the game, as it looks and feels amazing. As far as difficulty, most of the game presents somewhat of a challenge, but it really shines in the boss battles, which can range from annoying to insanely hard. It is a refreshing thing to see a game where boss battles actually present significant challenge. The combat pool is not as deep as in games like DMC, but it is still incredibly fun and satisfying. There are some small scripted button pressing sequences occasionally but they are always so badass you won't care that they are scripted if you dislike that sort of thing. The soundtrack is amazing and goes perfectly with the game, keeping you that much more excited about the action and adding to the epic feel of the game. Even by itself, the soundtrack is one of the best I have ever seen featured in a game. This game is worth every penny, even if you have never played or been a fan of the MG series.

Also it has Quinton Flynn and Crispin Freeman in the voice cast. Nanomachines son.
