Ok so returning after around a year to this game to give it more time to develop, and I've concluded that it is not worth your time to play. The gameplay is not engaging and the looting in this game is close to impossible. As weapons that can be used to defend yourself from players is scarce and near nonexistent. Another problem is kits. Kits are a plug in used in servers that allow players to choose a loadout based that is equipped with weapons, clothes, and supplies. This takes the fun out of what a survival game is supposed to be which is looting these items from bases and from people you've killed. However, this is not worth looting other players because they will more than likely have the same weapons and supplies as you and will develop a surplus of the same supplies repeatedly. Which then results in the same monotonous wander and shoot cycle with often nothing in between the wandering and shooting. You would think with how dense the maps cities and "loot" spots are that you'd be able to find something worth while but this is not true. The food you find to heal one aspect hurts another and unless you grow your own food then everything you do to keep yourself alive is killing you slowly. Which is what hurts the playability of the game as you don't feel as if anything you do is worth it. Another issue I have with the game is the server quality and how hard it is to play with your friends who join your lobby. These friends are constanly getting disconnected the lag is unbearable and the server population is deserted. Honestly this had potential to be a fun game but it kind of just comes off as a kill on sight simulator because thats all there is to do in the game. I mean sure there's base building but what good is a base if no one comes near it and you never need to leave? What good is a game if you're given everything you play for that you will never get without plug to play?

This game is probably one of my favorites. Just the atmosphere of this game gives me the feeling that I am a soldier in WW1. I love it all this game has little problems aside from empty servers from time to time but they usually quickly fill up. I will probably never stop playing this game if I can help it. This is just one of those games you keep coming back to no matter what!
