i would do this:
a) try to search on google for a thread if someone has had a similar problem. Usually youre not the only one who had a technical issue in game of that sort.
b) if you really couldnt find any threads, try contacting steam support through your browser (gotta login to do that). They usually respond within 24h.
- if they couldnt solve the issue for you they will give you suggestions to move forward.
c) reinstall game (standard. Steam support will probably even ask you to do that before you contact them.)
- make CFG to save your binds.
d) verify steam cache (should do before steam reinstall).
e) if nothing of the above works, something on your PC is interfering with your game. Scan for virus, check programs, update sound drivers, etc!
