Toss a Coin to Your Witcher O' Valley Of Plenty....wait wrong game?......or is it :)

Was stoked when I pressed new game only to be hit with the Audio bug that makes it so you cant hear voices during cutscenes nor any immersion in general with sound because its not there just music and sword swings and that to me makes this worse than unity at least unity I could hear audio....although surround sound seems to be working for people who dont use surround sound headphones...


**Update**

Ok first off the surround sound seems to be an issue with only virtual 7.1 logitech headsets so its not an isolated inccident as there are alot of post in the forums about this and ubisoft should be taking this seriously to remedy immediately. I managed to make my headsets work by going out and buying a 12 dollor AUX cable and switching to the stereo mode option in my headsets to get it to work I shouldnt have to be spending money to make a game playable.

Now with that said I can give my impressions of the game but I wont recommend until the Audio is fixed.

Pros
-The game is absolutly beautiful from the desert sands to the towns themselves are just full of life its fantastic.
-Combat is revamped and really tough this time around which is something I really like
-Photomode is fantastic I honestly usually spend around 5-8 mins getting the perfect photo its great for someone like me who works in the cinematic industry
-The main character is actually great and not an Ezio rippoff hes got depth, actual emotions, a baddass background.
-PETS! completely useless but you can pet a cat and thats always great
-puzzles are back thank god the series was lacking that mental aspect that assassins creed 2 had with all the puzzles.
-Underwater exploration enough said there.
-Open world thats pretty immersive I like the change to how the missions play out very Witcher 3 which honestly is the new standard on how openworld RPGs should be so Kudus to Ubisoft for Changing the series for the best.

Cons
-Can be buggy at times
-BIG CON BEING THE AUDIO BUG!
-Camel animation is really bad, extremely bad and laughable no weight at all to it.
-Story so far is a hit or miss weird way of telling actually for its kinda convoluted the way its told and it shouldnt be.
-Combat can be off sometimes which is why its on my Cons and Pros

X-Com 2 what can I say?....Its freaking Xcom the addiction struggle per turn is real and with that said Im going to make this as simple as possible.

Pros:
-Its freaking Xcom and its back with new and frustratingly awesome aliens
-Concealment mode is really usefull
-Graphics are really nice and atmospheric
-Story is sooo good
-customization is fantastic
-MODS! its very mod friendly

Cons:
-diffuculty spikes at random times
-perfomance issues
-timers....makes you feel rushed sometimes

Ok first of all let me say that this game is awesome I love the gameplay, The cutscenes are beautifully rendered and intresting, and all 3 factions have different playstyles. This is games mechanics are a great return for those who played the old classics like C&C and Dune.

Pros
-WALLS!...but seriously walls that actually do something like keeping the enemy at bay and not crumble in like 2 seconds
-3 unique factions that play completely different
-You have the freedom to play this game however you like at your own pace.
-UI is well done and easy to understand
-Economy is simple so you can get straight to the fighting.
-Graphics are beautiful for an RTS
-An RTS game not made by EA or Sega lol
-in game encyclopedia for learning all aspects of the game

Cons
-framerate seems to be a bit wonky at times. Running this game with a GTX 760 oc but framerates drop at the lowest to 30 fps after playing a long time...
-only comes with about 8 maps at launch
-those looking to play with 8 players at a time will be disappointed since max is 4 players

With that said the game is awesome and well worth your time and hard earn cash. Petroglyph thank you for creating such a great game.

The game is In a rough state but the Fun and Potential is there looking forward to what that expansions might bring to the table

What can I say you can honestly do and be whatever you want in this game plus dragons

Next to the Battlefield series this is on of the best multiplayer games I ever played extremely realistic with the setting, guns, and stunning graphics.
