AI feels more blatant and cheating than previous iterations. Rough tackles from behind not being called. One thing in particular is beyond frustrating when the AI bounces a ball off your own player, forcing an autoswitch, then repicks it up and then scores. Happens all the time.

Ultimate Team is unethical gambling nonsense.

Just a shame the franchise's monopolies took out every decent competitor and then EA decided to cashcow the game.

Very disappointing, as usual for the FIFA games as late. Bought this on sale for 20 bucks, and still think it was probably a waste of money. Manager mode continues to be ignored and atrophy. Basic things like randomizing the schedule for a new season are not allowed. MLS still lacks CONCACAF Champions League and anything besides the playoffs and the Open Cup. Some of the objectives continue to be nonsensical and/or impossible (for instance earn 75 million dollars from selling players as a poor MLS club). EA just puts out a garbage product every year, but they have a monopoly over franchising rights, so sports gamers have nowhere else to go.

The gameplay, imo, is worse than in 21. GKs are great, but even moreso, opposition players have the dribbling skills of Messi even when they can't do basic things like hold an offside line.

It's just a bad game. Do not dare buy this game at full price. Even at 20 bucks, I felt like I was ripped off.
