I Wanted to play this game some time after it came out, i planned to buy it and just when i got it.. i cant play it. The game freezes every time and i cant do anything except for restarting my computer.

Hello, so far i liked this game and its one of my favorite game. but there is something i think is a bug or a glitch. lets say, i failed a stealth mission like "Conflicts of interests" in the part where you need to destroy or steal the boat. lets say the guards managed to kill me. when i respawn somewhy it only lets me walk on walking speed no matter what. when i mount a horse, its slow. when i walk, im slow. and i cant do anything about it unless i restart the game. please fix this.
