A cyberpunk samurai game, the combat is smooth and flows well. I do emphasize that the base combat is real good, a great combination of good movement and melee combat. The bosses aren't terrible (In the base game, in the dlc they suck), but their not very fun. The story is nothing phenomenal, but its fairly well done for the game this is.

This game is exactly what it says on the cover. It is in fact a very well done game about tactically breaching wizards.

This game is good. The turn based combat is great and the characters are fun to play. Its similar to X-COM in combat, but not in the out of combat game play. Main problem with the game play is that skills can be a pain to acquire as they are RNG. The story is good, however it quickly becomes complicated with a large amount of only tangentely related to the core story (If even). The game is long, very long, which is good because it gives you all the time to figure out some random mechanic #36.

I'd sideways thumb this game. The game works but aged weirdly. Still good just not my kind of action game or what i'd want from a RE game. Likely better in co-op, because I played it solo which is not made for.

Shovel of Hope: The first and most basic of the games, it is a very well made platformer. Its simplicity works in its favor as it makes the gameplay very smooth

Plague of Shadows: Originally a just DLC and it shows as its just the first game, but with Plague Knight (Who I thought was funner) and a better story. Still good considering the first game was good and this made it better to me.

Specter of Torment: The best of the games in both story and in gameplay. Levels were remade to match the new character this time and the ability to go through any stage at any time is neat. The flashbacks and the connection of the keepsake and phase locket is also good.

King of Cards: Its okay. King Knight makes a okay protagonist in both story and gameplay but they ditched the longer single levels and a boss of the other 3 games for a more open overworld which I feel is worst. Also has the optional game of Joust which is ok expect its frustrating to lose do to NPC semi-permantatly stealing a card and really unbalanced as a card game.

Showdown: An additional fighting game spin off added as a kickstarter reward, Its very clunky to play and each character only has a few moves.

This is game is good and if you don't know what its missing than it feels amazing, but their was a substantial amount removed from this remake that the original had. While it is still good, it is a tad disappointing to what it could of been.

It is a very good remake of the original. Mr X was a fun type of enemy to deal with and the additional segments with Ada and Sherry are good.

A remake of a classic that holds up very well, the only real problem is how neither of the two routes are actually cannon to any latter game in the series.

While the story of the game is very lackluster, I liked the protagonists and the different settings. The item dropping mechanic and partner system seemed to me to be over hated. The maps are compact and connected to one another making storing your items in the main hall a okay idea with minimal backtracking required. The partner system was also easy to use since you can split up with the press of a button or have the ai help shooting some of the harder to hit enemies.
