FOR THE EMPEROR!
This is the game Helldivers 2 wishes it was.
Seriously, this is Game of the Year 2024 for me.

From the very start of the game all the way to the end credits I was either smiling ear-to-ear, mouth wide open in awe of whats happening on screen, shouting "BROTHER" and "FOR THE EMPEROR" constantly, laughing manically and just acting like a complete nut while playing the game. I haven't had so much fun with a game and been so completely engaged with the world, the characters and story, lore or pretty much just everything in so very long. I forgot what it was like to actually love the game your playing.

This is not my first foray into the Warhammer 40K universe as I used to play a lot of Dawn of War 2 back in my RTS days, but this game has firmly cemented my devotion as a die hard fan of the 40K series until my final day on Earth. Everything from the music, to the visuals and sounds, setting and atmosphere etc was just so top notch. I'm only writing this review at the end of my first time through the campaign, so I may come back later after I've had some time with the mulltiplayer modes and see if any of my opinion has changed.

Amazing remake of the original game. I absolutely loved my time revisiting the Spencer Mansion. Even after tons and tons of runs through the game the game still stayed just as atmospheric and ominous as the first time through the game. Really enjoyed the additional things they've added to this remake as well. I really wish Capcom would have kept this format with the other REmakes they've done.

The Terminal Cut version is a pretty sweet and enjoyable face-lift to an old classic I haven't played since I was a young lad. Boasting updated visuals and some nice and easy achievements to grab, if that's your sort of thing. This game does however suffer from being a product of its time as the dialogue seems to be a little flat and some of the jokes are very cringe. Some of the levels especially towards the second half of the game suffer from poor layouts of the maps causing me a lot of confusion on where to go or what to do at time, so beware of that. Other than those couple of minor complaints this is a pretty fun game where you get to kill lots of Nazi's and Vampires as the badass female protagonist named Rayne.

The prologue to one of the best, and most atmospheric games series of all times.

Everything you loved about the first game, only better and more refined.

One of my favorite games of all time is back, and more epic than ever. Skyrim Special Edition is kinda like falling back in love with a girl you were once sweet on back in Helgen. If you liked the original Skyrim, or are a new fan of the Elder Scrolls series. I HIGHLY recommend this game.

An absolutely brilliant remake of one of the best FPS games ever made. Also, it is currently (at the time of this review) $20, which is an absolute steal. If you loved the original Half-Life, then you are going to have a blast with Black Mesa.

A great mod for an already amazing game. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous! If you were a fan of the original, then you'll definitely want to give this mod a go. I was looking for a reason to play though this game again and I have found it.

Well...after playing this game from start to finish the first time I ever launched it. I gotta say that I have to HIGHLY reccomend this game. Everything I have to say is perfect. The characters, the gameplay, the storyline. Everything was brillant from start to finish. So brilliant infact that I could not put it down. Took me 11.8 hours to beat it from beginning to end but was it an amazing ride. Can't wait to play the DLC's now.
