As a long-time Overwatch player, experiencing the launch of Marvel Rivals has been a breath of fresh air. I'm enjoying the characters, maps, non-FOMO battle pass, and this game is a lot of fun to play with friends! Can only hope for continued success of this game, as I think a strong competitor in the hero shooter genre is very much needed.

I'm happy with the minor graphic improvements, Steam achievements, as well as solid Steam Deck support. However, Aspyr completely dropped the ball on the launch experience and simply overcharged for this product. Had launch gone correctly, I think we'd have a thriving community of people on the multiplayer servers. I'm disappointed that we will likely never see another reattempt of this.

Really enjoyed my time with Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, so hopping into this game I wasn't surprised to be very satisfied with the improvements and changes made to the formula.

Yes, microtransactions in singleplayer games aren't great - but this isn't a first time for CAPCOM.

Instead the outrage should be focused on the inexcusable poor performance, where modern hardware struggles to get decent frames. Waiting for the developers to hopefully resolve or patch the game to run better.

Early Access Review
Enshrouded takes a lot of inspiration from other games in the survival genre, such as Valheim, and introduces a solid fantasy twist with improvements on aspects like building and RPG elements. They also add their own mechanic called the "shroud" which I've found to be a fun challenge while exploring the world and also creates an entirely different atmosphere which can be spooky at times.

Overall, the game has been very fun so far! I'm enjoying both the singleplayer experience and also playing with my friends in a group setting of 2-3. Creating a party variety with the different classes feels rewarding and makes finding loot and sharing that in a group setting has been perfect.

This is an incredible and severely underrated RPG. The world building that was created here by Capcom, complimented by combat ahead of its time and an interesting story makes this one of my favorite RPG's I've ever played.

Very excited for Dragon's Dogma II.

If you had asked me years ago what my favorite modern game was, I'd tell you it was Overwatch. From the beginning of launch I would play this game religiously, trying to rank as far as I could in every competitive season. I'd watch YouTube videos about every patch change, lore speculation and new hero that was likely about to be released.

After our boy Jeff Kaplan left, the spirit of this game really disappeared. Blizzard decided to relaunch Overwatch, which sounded fine on paper with the promise of a dedicated PvE mode. Instead though Blizzard has scrapped their major promises, and now every season update is just cosmetics that are bundled into insane prices.

Seriously, a $40 bundle in Season 7 to get an advertised Lilith skin for Moira instead of just including it in the battle pass. Overwatch has turned into pure corporate greed. The game was once $40 to own and you could earn loot boxes for free as natural progression. Nothing is better about this new monetization bundle. The game exists to sell skins now.
