It's been forever since I played Shadow of Chornobyl, but coming back now to the enhanced edition recently after playing a lot of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is adding a new level of familiarity that wasn't there before.

Not much is different in this enhanced edition, except some unreleased content, better lighting, scaling, and draw distance. Still janky AF, headshots are key, and bugs are plentiful as ever.

It would be nice to see the trilogy redone in Unreal 5, but using Stalker 2's open world maps instead of the linear levels.

If you're a fan of the original movies, you'll enjoy this game. The mouse aiming is wonky as hell and there's no HDR support, but everything else is solid.

The best CRPG I've played since Dragon Age: Origins. This game deserves every award it gets and then some.

Seed of Evil is basically episode 2 of Mutant Year Zero. They call it an "expansion" but its more like a "you've completed 75% of the game, please give us money to unlock the rest of the story."

Probably one of the best remakes I've ever played, and easily the best Final Fantasy game I've played to date since the original came out.

If you played the original for the NES back in the day, this remaster will be a treat.

As far as walking simulators go, this one sets a really high bar.

Worst PC Port ever.

- Mouse sensitivity is god awful, changing values between sprinting, walking and aiming.
- Camera pushes down when sprinting to make it hard to see whats ahead of you.
- Partner AI constantly shoots you in the back, stands directly in your way when trying to fire at enemies, and gets themselves killed like it's their job.
- Can't run and gun.
- Can't reload and move at same time.

RE5 needs a remake in the most desperate way. It's a good game but the janky controls and visuals ruin the experience as a single player game.

CD PROJEKT RED need to license their engine out to Bethesda.

I Forgot how good Cyberpunk looks, and my computer is now a space heater just in time for fall/winter.
