Game is perfectly fine with Singleplayer, would be worth the money for that alone.
But if you're looking to play online don't bother, it's complete trash, and if the match will actually load without losing connection 50% of the time, you're playing a match that feels like Slow-Motion. The motions that AREN'T laggy and have a good connection are fun, but thats very far and few inbetween. Don't know if the console versions are any better. Not to mention the game is practically dead. Same 30-40 people whenever. Again, FANTASTIC game offline. Story Mode, Towers, Krypt, all great. Online? Trash. Which is why i'm making this a negative. If theres no point in playing online, theres no point in the game period.

man who cares about police roleplay mods just give me some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Singleplayer DLC you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ jews.

Good ol Vice City...

This game in my own personal opinion is the greatest GTA title in the whole series. The Atmosphere alone tramples any GTA game past or present, the music, the characters, the setting, the story, the protaginist, the warm beaches, it's all wonderful. Tommy Vercetti is hands down the best character made by Rockstar. His story is actually believable too, not absolutley ridiculous and horrid like GTA 5's. And damn was the gore fun. Blowing off heads and limbs with your Sniper or Shottie was awesome. Driving around the warm streets of Vice City on a motorcycle or in a nice convertable never fails to bring endless joy to my heart. Really hope Rockstar comes back to Vice City and Tommy in the future, not to mention learn how to make good story once more. 10/10, this game is forever fantastic.

This game is pure and utter garbage.
Little to None Optimization.
Way too tedious unless you're on a modded server.
Completely impossible without friends. You'll be dying every 4 minutes to everything that comes your path, and good lucking building up a good base solo without being attacked by players or dinos.
Giant Flying Bugs.
The game itself is no different from any others and is very generic. The only possible thing that divides it from others is having Dinos.
Toxic Community, and no im talking about people that kill you, that's stupid to complain about, it's a SURVIVAL game. The people who play it are just plain A-Holes, and god forbid you criticize and give your opinion in any way, you'll be flagged down and attacked by it's rabid fanboys, probably like this review will.
Has exceeded promised release date, Quality over quantity. And by excusing the fact that the devs have clearly bit off more then they can chew and are taking longer to complete the game is hypocritical at it's highest level, people will praise this game up and down but rag on others like DayZ because it's still in Alpha.
Awful Servers.
Awful Hit Detection.
Awful Difficulty Spike.
The fact you have to LEARN Thatch Buildings is terrible. You can't dedicate any points to weapons tools or clothes else you'll be without a base for a few hours.

That's my review, didn't like it? Cry about it, this game isn't perfect, hell it's not even great. very mediocre and time consuming, even Rust is more optomized then this garbage.

Could've been more, but it was abandoned at launch.
