You will constantly have a love hate relationship. Sometimes you'll enjoy the game, other times you'll break your chair's arm off. I don't recommend this, but I'll continue to play.

The amount of laughs and memories I've made on Gmod are quite large you could say. From when I was in middle school to now in Junior year, I can say that I've gone through countless servers. A majority being TTT, which most I've been banned off. Throughout my years of playing I can say the $10 or whatever was for sure worth it. I've grown into online friend groups and I still play here and there. I think the positives outweigh the negatives until you put an unhealthy amount of time into it.

TLDR: It's fun, you'll make friends, don't spend too much time.
