INFORMATION ABOUT MY GAME BAN IN COUNTER-STRIKE 2

I used to play with a friend of mine, we were friends to say the least, we were playing competitive around 2 weeks before the ban, and then he started blatantly cheating, i told him to stop, he wouldn't listen and kept cheating, i had to turn off my game. Even tho i didnt participate with him, the game still banned me 2 weeks later.
