Considers problems as a challenge and enjoys finding creative yet appropriate solutions. Scream V2 is able to work out their own solutions, but also works well with a group to solve problems. Applies professional experience and/or knowledge of people expertly to forecast outcomes with at least 90% accuracy. Others trust their judgement because the choices have usually been good. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Scream V2 engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Scream V2 sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws.
