Life is Strange is simply put.....a work of art. Everything from the music throughout the whole game, the messages it provides, to the empathetic nature of the game's events.

Knowing nothing about this game reminded me of my experience with the movie Avatar. Having zero expectations and little excitment for it. Now...as I played through each episode my appreciation for the characters, my choices and the game as a whole increased drastically. I was unprepared for the huge emotional response which was invoked from me during a specific part of the game. It is the main reason I have fallen wholly in love with this game.

The main mechanic of the game was extremely cool and was quite personal to me because I have dreamt of having that power since I was a kid. My head raced with possibilities at every new piece of knowledge I acquired throughout the whole game. I was wrong about all my predictions, except one. That prediction means a lot to me due to the fact that I knew 100% without a doubt how I would react once it happened. To my surprise I did the complete opposite without hesitation and was full of joy with my decision.

The game has its flaws, yes, but in my opinion what makes this game wonderful to play outweighs those flaws. If you enjoy the story aspect of video games you will very much enjoy this game. I promise you. Worth your money and your heart.
