Ingredients:
Meat, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, lasagna sheets, béchamel (butter, flour, milk), mozzarella, Parmesan.
Steps:
Cook meat with onion, garlic, and tomato sauce.
Make béchamel with butter, flour, milk.
Layer meat, béchamel, pasta, cheese.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes, then serve.
- 200g pasta (rigatoni preferably)
- 3 eggs (2 yolks and 1 whole egg)
- 100 to 150g pecorino cheese
- 100 to 150g guanciale
1. boil water and put salt in it. dont forget!
2. when water boils, put pasta in water
3. while pasta cooks (look for the time on the box please... dont overcook or i come looking for you) prepare the sauce and cook the guanciale.
keep the hot guanciale grease for the sauce.
how to make the sauce:
1. separate 2 yolks
2. put yolks and 1 whole egg in a container (ceramic or glass)
3. stir the eggs until they become well mixed.
4. slowly add the pecorino until the sauce becomes dense. keep stirring the whole time
5. add pepper and add the hot guanciale grease to slightly cook the egg (so you dont get sick)
now put everything together.
Put the pasta in the sauce as soon as it's cooked. add guanciale and stir.
If you feel brave, add more pecorino and pepper.
