Feeling sinful? Me too!

I have not played doom or ultrakill; however, I am aware of the comparisons. My favorite games growing up were Mordhau and Chiv though, and this game manages to scratch the arcade/combo/slasher itch I didn't know I had like no other. There are a fantastic number of classes, and varied and interesting dungeons to explore complete with a challenging final boss!

Buy this game if you like the idea of doom with a sword, thoughtful and tactical combos to deal more damage, and hitting that room just right so that you clear everything in seconds with only a fine red mist remaining of those who stand against you.

Excellent game, solo dev, bought on sale but I think it's worth full price. Even in its current state (early access) I think this game is worth it and is tons of fun.

Please add co-op, this game would be so freaking good with co-op. Also for the inconsequential number of people who are experts in mordhau, there is parry timing, combos, hyper-armor (through a perk), and much more to scratch that itch!

10/10 - Would get stomped again

Buy it now, excellent idea, well executed, really fun with friends. Keep pumping that player-count UP.

As much as I want to hate this game, I do. Would recommend.

When I think of my top ten favorite games, this game is on the list. The rounds are fantastically quick, the gameplay is challenging but highly fun, and the overall build quality of the game keeps you coming back for more!

I highly recommend this game!

I would recommend this game. I have purchased something like 6 jundaroo titles over my life, and the steam workshop makes this game better than ever!

Better than 4, graphically more impressive than 2, a good sweet-spot for the series.

So let me first just say I have been following the development of this game loosely for the past 7 years, and it might have taken the dev team close to that to get this game in the state that it really should have released in. With that said, as a longstanding dayZ fan, I'm here to say that this game is finally there.

Pros:
-Gigantic and rich map(s)
-Hardcore survival aspects
-Rich player interaction
-Cannibalism
-Modding/Factions/PVE

Cons:
-Steep learning curve (read the wiki)
-Difficult start on most servers
-Kuru

Ultimately I am here to recommend this game as the development team needs all the goodwill that they can get. DayZ's development by this point is far more than just history, its an absolute rollercoaster of ups and downs. Now is honestly the best time in the past 7 years of development to experience all that dayZ has to offer, and as someone who has waited 7 years to enjoy this game in full don't take my recommendation lightly.

I would recommend this game to those looking for a difficult multiplayer survival game that gets the adrenaline going at every turn, and personally I look forward to tasting any and all of you out in the forests of Cherno.
