This game has been abandoned by its devs. I have never seen so much potential be squandered so hard. This game had the entire gaming sphere in a chokehold for months and the devs did nothing with it. A true travesty.

It's... fun? It's hard to accurately describe this game other than just "it's whatever" honestly. It doesn't have the staying power of FighterZ, nor does it really have as impressive of a roster as it sounds. The story mode is actually awful as well.

Online is just awful. Grinding to Z rank takes a long time considering you'll be facing the same 4 characters all the time, and then on top of that you'll also be facing people that disconnect suddenly which the devs still have not addressed.

Balance is awful, and I understand why balance isn't the major focus, but the game has no longevity with 0 balance.

It's a really fun game, made as one of the best dungeon crawlers I have experienced in a long time. I will say, this game can be very frustrating, and is hard to do solo. You can lose a 2+ hour run in 1 second because you missed a single boulder hole and you just instantly die.

Get this and play with your friends. Totally fun chill game, and very worth it.

Fun fact the government doesn't want you to know: You can just mod all of the DLC in. It's totally free. This game is effectively free. I ain't paying over a thousand dollars for the full experience of a life simulator.

It's hard to describe this game as anything other than "Decent, but majorly flawed."

There is no reason to interact with many of the games systems as you can essentially just survive off of the land without building anything. The world exists like Subnautica where it's a pre-generated map but your spawn is random.

The combat is bad at best. It's worse than the paddleboard combat of Elder Scrolls games. Just move left or right and swing a lot until they die.

You can beat this game within 2 hours easily if you know what to do, and once you do know what to do there's essentially no replay value at all.

All in all, it's an okay game, and on sale it's like 6 dollars. A decent experience, but mediocre and heavily flawed at best.

Probably one of the best games ever made. It genuinely made the industry collectively freak out over how good it was. Do yourself a favor and at least give this game a try. It's incredible and deserves every award it can get.

Probably one of the best games ever made. It takes everything that RE4 did well and makes it better. The gameplay is fast and fluid. The graphics are top notch and it runs really well. The story is really good. The game has great replay value as well. The DLC is well done. The mercenaries is fun. I have no complaints about this game other than I wish I could play it all over again for the first time.

Neat tech demo, but works poorly. I have a 4090 7800X3D and I get an average of 40 fps at 1440p. I don't want to use DLSS. I didn't spend almost 2k on a gpu alone just to get frame smoothing like my TV does.
