Being an Astronomy nut, I've always looked for great space themed games

The first one that enraptured me was Freelancer and I consider this the spiritual successor to it

I can always come back to it and it brings joy

The sheer size of what you can do and all the major updates to this game keep me smiling

Pro: Grindy game with story elements
Con: Grindy game with a large learning curve

Tips: take your time...find a build that interests you and stick to it

The above is true and I'd recommend finding a weapon you are comfortable with but......learn to use the others as well....being tied to a single weapon you'll notice that sometimes you will be at a disadvantage against some monsters and it'll frustrate you

Setup different load outs for various weapons, armour/skills combos and item pouch sets

and most importantly HAVE FUN!! Get some friends who might have the game, make some new ones when playing public, or challenge yourself and smash it out solo

Utterly love this game and everything it's got including the fact that Ragnarok has become an official map that came from a mod, so pleased to see the devs are accepting such beautiful work from the mod authors Excited_Kangaroo and JacksonL.
