I bought this game on day 1 when it first came out in EA and i actually had a blast playing it cause the Devs made something unique and cool artstyle wise
Didnt play it a lot back then cause my PC was kinda ♥♥♥♥ but i got a lot of friends into it and we all had blast playing it
It was fun, it was pain but we all liked it and me and 2 other frineds kept playing it till our groupe broke up

Now im trying to get back into it but almost everything that made Hunt Showdown that unique gem is gone or slowly dying...
The Devs listened to the Community, they used the Testserver for new updates before they went onto live servers with it and they overall cared about the game
Nowadays they dont really give a frick about the community anymore, adding stuff no one asked for but they arent able to fix stuff thats broken since ages and a lot of bugs come back with every update, like they fix 10 things add 100 other things and on top of that some old bugs return

I thought ill give it a shot again as soon as i heard about the engine upgrade and all the stuff but well it turned out to be a bugfest and mostly sh!t anyway and the Devs dont give a damn about the playerbase, which helped em grow that game and keep it going for all those years...
The OG Crew is gone and all thats left are a bunch of headless chickens

The UI was messy, buggy and overal sh!t cause its for consoles and not PC but they at least changed some stuff allready
There are still aa lot of bugs in the game, sh!tty servers, stupid trade windows, way to many ping abusers and a whole bunch of cheaters and they simply dont really care about it
But at least they can sh!t out one DLC after another and one Event after another and they are all the same, farm some stuff to get points to progress...

There are only two maps, Stillwater and Mammoth Gulch in the game since they rebranded their game which is kinda stupid cause they could have worked on the maps before the update
All of a sudden wall penetration is reworked cause it was a bug the whole time, they nerf stuff which no one asked fr and add stupid things on the other side just to make this game faster and faster and cater to the CoD, Fortnite and other stupid run and gun arcady sh!t games

I am not happy about where this game is going and i think it would be better if they just let it die, cause watching them killing this game slowly is way more painful

I will still play it from time to time with a buddy of mine cause we dont give a damn about all the Metaplayers and Run and Gunners but the magic this game once had is nearly gone and i dont think any of it will ever return
