A game that has done nothing more than keep getting better with every patch, even when the forums explode because mods broke. An easy 9/10 without mods and with mods it becomes a 10/10. Really hope they keep putting out nice chunky patches every now and again.

Foxhole feels like it has a pretty good mixture of 'realism' and fun. It is definitely arcadey, but the added bits of realism, things like mortars working best when in tandem with a spotter as opposed to doing both yourself. I had started paying attention to this game when it first entered EA and only recently picked it up.

Am currently really enjoying playing this, it helps that there are several friendly players, some of which even take their time out to start ops with the goal of helping new players. Where they will run them through small operations like raiding small enemy bases or teaching them how to be part of a naval assault. Those kind of people really help this game, being just nice people who want to help others get good and have fun. As long as the community has members like that and the developers keep adding in fresh content and balance, this is the kind of game I can see myself consistently returning to for years.
