Early Access Review
Hope it delivers in what it is promising on it's roadmap. The physics feel very true to what a GT3 car should feel like. Look forward to every new update that comes my way!

Edit: Seems like the prophecy has come true! One of the the best, or the best Sim Racer around!

ARMA 3 is a unique type of shooter. The simulator shooter, which was in theory meant for trainee soldiers to have an idea of how a combat situation would unfold. However in practicality it is used in a variety of different ways. Yes, they are storyline missions that offer the players a realistic format of how warfare would work. Regardless, in my experience and opinion the fun of the game is made by the community itself.

The community is where the game excels. They are countless game modes that they have created from Wasteland to Battle Royale and the ever so popular Role Play servers (a few I have played from the countless on offer). The community is hard working and devote to the game therefore there will always be support, as with ARMA 2 which is still played by many people today.

Where the game falters however is the features that make the game what it is supposed to be. Realism. The inventory has always been difficult and hard to use, even in its predecessor, not much has changed there. It is very hard for beginners to start and get use to the game controls but the more you progress the more you learn.

It’s a game in which the players needs to spend time on and sink their teeth into, before they fully appreciate the experience. Furthermore they need to be a social gamer, as my most memorable experiences are with friends and the community.

Rate a solid 8/10 for gamers who want something different from there shooter experience.

This game bring back the old features from Grid 1 that was missing from Grid 2 such as the close gritty racing that you get from the circuit as well as the small features such as qualifying and adjusting car tuning. The game is reminiscent of the old Toca Race Driver series that Codemaster use to produce. Best in the series so far.
