If I'm not eligible for save migration at "this time", when do I get eligible for it? Probably never. Rockstar clearly doesn't care about longtime players, and this is just another way to force people to start over or spend more money. It's insulting to those of us who have been playing since the PS3 days, only to have our progress tossed aside like it never mattered.
