I bought the digital deluxe version during a steam sale a couple months ago. It was only about 10% off or something, but oh my god this game is worth every penny at full price. So much to explore, so much to do.

I'm usually god awful at video games, but I enjoy every second of this game. I'm even able to get a good laugh out of it when I die in the least Jedi of ways

10/10 would recommend even if Star Wars isn't really your thing.

Lots of potential, but I think that this game is hobbling on what little of a life it still has. It's sad really that this game will probably never see a decent playerbase

Original Battlefront II, I love you.

My biggest gripe with buying this is that I the AI is a tag wonky, but it's from 2005 so it's not going to be great. I don't think that Galactic Conquest is multiplayer, so that's kind of a bummer, but Instant action is so I guess you don't really need anything else.

It's Lego Batman. The original. Is there anything else to even say?

(I mean the controls are a little weird going from console to keyboard, but whatever really, easy to change those)

*New Review*
The game has its flaws, but every game does. I will leave my old review tacked onto this so that I do not repeat myself. The reason that I change my review is because I changed my outlook on games as a whole. I see games as a way to have fun. If I go into a game with a bad attitude, I am more likely going to come of it the same. I changed my view on Brawlhalla as a game to make me better at games. Yes there are still toxic players here and there, but every game has that, especially fighting games. I kept playing Brawlhalla so obviously I like it in one way or another. In retrospective, I was an idiot who just didn't know when to take a break.

- Things that I would change in my old review
* Character designs can be jarring, but work was still put into making this game how it is
* Some characters and combos are still a tad unbalanced, but the devs seem to be doing their best to help with that. Also, after many matches against said characters, parrying them becomes easier
* My biggest complaint would still be that the community can be harsh at times, but who cares. I wouldn't say that it is the majority of the playerbase, but it is definitely a loud one. Either way, toning them out isn't that hard

With a current clock of 529 hours, Brawlhalla is now my second most played game on steam. I don't want to write an essay so allow be to get to the point.

Positives:
- Free-to-Play
- Frequent Updates
- Multiple Game Modes: Including, but not limited to, Online (Ranked or Pickup as well as teams for each) multiplayer, Offline singleplayer or couch party, etc.
- Anything that actually affects game play can be earned for free

Negatives:
- I wanted to say that I liked the cartoon character designs, but the calves are huge and the proportions honestly gross me out sometimes
- Unbalanced (There are combos that, if player A makes one mistake, player B can knock out one stock without being touched)
- It is possible to learn parry combos or dodges to avoid the above stated combos. HOWEVER, it is much quicker for player B to make a failed attack and then a second attack than it is for player A to dodge, recover, and return with an attack
- Any update is usually to just add a new Legend (which usually starts out as OP) or a skin that you must pay for with real money. I have nothing against dlc for cosmetics, especially on a free-to-play game, but to own even a single skin for a single legend will put you out of at least $5. This is awful especially when each legend has at least five skins and there are 46 legends with a near guarantee of more on the way.
- Garbage community. To add insult to injury, it seems like every other player has to rub it in your face that you lost. Obviously losing is part of the game, but the dumb kids and even dumber adults think that they are gods because they are half-way decent at an already wonky game.
- Lackluster combos. If you compare the amount of attacks that something like the OG MK had to this game, MK takes the win. Every combo is basically transferred from legend to legend except that the animation is different and some legends are stronger or faster than others.
- *EDIT* While all of the legends can be earned through purchase of coins you get by playing the game or simply logging in, it is a long term grind if you want all of the legends and most of their colors

I don't want to hate on this game, especially because it is by an Indie company that puts effort into this specific game, but it is frustrating to say in the least. Overall I don't suggest this game. If fighting games are your thing then go find a better one with a hopefully better community. This isn't the worst game out there but because the combos are a dismal anyone can play it, any Joe Schmoe like me who are awful at games can stroll in, win, then brag about how they think their crap doesn't stink. Will I keep playing this game? Probably, but not because I like it. My laziness to learning Injustice combos does not mean I appraise the three key and one click that this game has to offer.

Great Indie building/open world game developed by the equally great company, Playful. It isn't a ground breaking game, many are quick to notice the similarities with other big name games *cough* Minecraft *cough* but I feel that Creativerse is different enough to warrant its existence. The community is also wonderful, whether you are interacting with another player or one of Playful's staff, you are most likely to have a fun time. Sure there are few bad apples among those who are players, and sure there are many worlds that fall victim to abandonment, but those negatives are easy to avoid. I don't know what else to say. If you have any questions, watch some YouTube videos or read community posts about the game and what you see/read is basically what you get. With that being said, this is a game that is much more fun if you play over a longer period of time with other people. I would recommend this game without a second thought
