Right now, the game has issues with graphics, even on a much beefier system. The AI is so overpowered, they can easily overwhelm your forces in Skirmish, especially when using Russian Troops. The tutorial mission even takes over an hour just to play, teaching you EVERYTHING in one mission alone, making it more difficult to remember throughout the game. At the time of this review it needs HEAVY balance reworks.

This game is such an amazing concept, but the actual game just doesn't work! Between frame drop issues in the lobby area, to the horrible matchmaking never able to find you a match, you're lucky if you play this game once a day! Not to mention, its such a terrible loot box game, that forces you to spend an absurd amount of money in the hopes of getting the mobile suit you want, when its randomly generated, and can even give you things you have already and instead gives you a minuscule amount of recycle tickets, that take too much to purchase other things.

So this game truly test your tactical knowledge. One wrong move, and you can easily end up dead and restarting a level. The only downside to the game is the 5 player limit, because some maps need at least 8 to 12 people to effectively clear out without taking casualties. The weapons feel authentic, as does the sounds and gear. Its a good look into the tactical and mental side S.W.A.T. officers go through on every call, because you're engaging in the highest stakes moments.

This game is an amazing tribute to the first movie!

The game combines class progression and tactics, tactical gameplay, and horde mechanics, all while giving you opportunities to build up bases (depending on which game mode you play, you may focus more on it). The bugs are chaotically fast at times, and can easily swarm you if you aren't careful. The music, while not from the movie and being original, pays tribute to the movie soundtrack in a very close way. While it may still be early access, I can't wait to see what the game brings in next!
