Once the game gets going after the prologue, this is an amazing RPG.

The decision to even make the Chaos Realms campaign was clearly a mistake (it should have been more of a prologue then strait to the combined campaign) and it's obvious from internal files that the development was a disorganized nightmare. A few core functions are still needing fixes.

That said, the main factions of Kislev, Orges, and Cathay are tons of fun and the Workshop finally being available let's you correct many mistakes in addition to adding great content as usual. I'm having enough fun with Warhammer 3 to still want to mod for it.

Buy it on sale for sure if you have the chance.

The failure of the UPlay service made the game unplayable. This IS NOT a fair review of FC3:BD, rather a bad mark for the failure of Ubisoft to even let me get far enough to decide whether or not the game was as awesome as it looked.
