Great early access and a good example of how chaotic funny and terrifying a co-op horror can be with friends. Can't wait to see what else comes with the game throughout it's early access. 10/10 would watch my friends get snatched up and dragged into the darkness again.

The online version of this game is a blatant cash grab, every problem GTA Online had this has tenfold. I would not recommend this unless you plan on just playing with friends and not taking any part of the online experience seriously. Modders still plague servers and there are a plethora of bugs and issues that a game this old should not have.

Separate note the depth of the content of this game is very minimal with the 50 or so hours I've put in. I've experienced most this game has to offer even through all the paywalls it puts the player base through.

Lets start off by saying, the game is really fun. It has a lot of potential and thankfully with another year of EA treatment it can fulfill that potential. There are however currently a lot of game breaking issues. One of the most frustrating ones is the snowball of factions. I've currently played three different games with my hours currently, and you just cant stop the snowball. The overall pacing of the map goes so much faster than the progression of your character. Another big issue is the content that isn't in the game, obviously. There are i'm assuming/hoping a lot of features they just disabled for our build of the game. There is a large void within the quests, NPC dialogue, fests/peace time events, and overall interaction/immersion into the world. The game however is still really fun, graphically its amazing. The new skills, smithing, and clan systems are really cool and help define who you are in this medieval world. Of course the combat feels just like it did in Warband with some more depth and overall feels really good. It's worth noting the character you play is not really the super hero it use to be in Warband but that's not a bad thing. I think this game is worth it and fun, but it needs this EA to do it justice and make it worth that 8 years of wait time.

Edit: At this point its hard to deny the support this game is getting with daily updates and patches, and we're only two weeks in. At this pace I've faith this game will shine and be just as great as Warband was back in the day.

Not very realistic, not very fun. It's very hack n' slash and gets dull very quick. Customization was cool, it looked good on paper just doesn't feel enjoyable.

Thought of this game as another Rimworld or KSP, a fun indie game that would just suck me in and I could play for hours. Yet I can't help but want to pull my hair out of frustration playing this game. This game blends a lot of concepts together and does a great job of it. It is, when it works, a very enjoyable experience. Unfortunately with the amount of frustration that comes with this game and the announcement of the devs making a 2nd rather than polishing the gem they had. This game is left in a very rough state with almost constant crashes (late in a play through), path finding issues, and just a sense of emptiness with some game mechanics. While it is "finished" it surely does not feel like it. While I can also get behind another game, it just feels too soon.
