Great game
Minigames are cool
Condos are cool, some even amazing
The community is also nice
Grind is reasonable
Gets frequent updates
Has cool tools for mapmakers
Has acceptable logic to props (like wiremod, but dumbed down, so won't take lots of learning)

Overall - buy it if you like laid-back games, creating maps

I didn't know anything about uboats until I played this game and I enjoyed it.
Tutorial is fine, game has few quirks in terms on control or reputation/money scoring.
Campaign is build with a thought of replayability, and it delivers.

Modding support is also a huge plus, extending the lifetime of the game, but I wish it would be more flexible.

Cool game. Can be completed in ~14 hrs (didn't even notice) with every level 100%, if you won't leave your rig running this game afk.
All-in-all, I consider it polished to be nicely janky.
Pieces of trash can get stuck somewhere you can't reach. This could be a plus if you like glitching objects through textures
