In this game you play as a mute, possibly autistic psychopath, hellbent on his mission to defeat the australian illuminati.

Apart from the hilariously buggy co-op, this game is actually really fun to play for all the wrong reasons.

Probably my favorite horror game, really like the setting of the game and it still looks decent for being nearly 10 years old. Still better than 50% of horror games being released today.

Heres a review for the game that I asked ChatGPT to write because I'm too lazy to write one myself:

Garry's Mod, often abbreviated as GMod, is a sandbox game developed by Facepunch Studios that offers a unique and versatile gaming experience. Released in 2006, it has stood the test of time due to its expansive and open-ended gameplay that encourages creativity and experimentation.

At its core, GMod provides players with a physics sandbox where they can manipulate objects, create structures, and experiment with various tools and assets sourced from Valve's Source engine games. The game doesn't have specific objectives, allowing players the freedom to create their own experiences, whether that's constructing elaborate contraptions, designing intricate maps, or simply wreaking havoc in a virtual playground.

One of GMod's most compelling features is its thriving community and extensive modding support. Players can access and share a vast array of user-generated content through the Steam Workshop, including new game modes, maps, and add-ons. This has given rise to popular game modes like Trouble in Terrorist Town (TTT), Prop Hunt, and DarkRP, each offering unique and engaging gameplay experiences.

Visually, GMod retains the characteristic look of Source engine games, which might seem dated by modern standards but remains charmingly nostalgic for long-time players. The controls are intuitive, and the physics engine, while occasionally quirky, adds to the overall fun and unpredictability of the game.

In summary, Garry's Mod is a timeless sandbox that excels in providing endless opportunities for creativity and community-driven content. Its open-ended nature and extensive modding capabilities ensure that it remains a beloved title for both old fans and new players looking for a unique and customizable gaming experience.
