What is this magical sensation I felt when I first opened the game?

I have been such a fan of DEEMO since it was back in its 2D form, but this.. raises the bar to another level.
The atmosphere, graphic, concept, story, gameplay, and.. music, all improved superbly.

It felt like I was brought back to my nostalgic childhood memories. Playing DEEMO after school, having such an enjoyable and relaxing moment along with such astonishing music, grinding that All Perfect and All Charming personal achievements.

The immersive puzzle solving experience in 3D, the background music (especially the main menu one, ooff..), and the audio quality is just, for me, incredible, nothing less.

Huge thanks for porting this DEEMO Reborn version to Steam, Rayark! I was close to buying a PS4 just to play this game.

Disclaimer: I feel like this game is very underrated due to the fact that its regional price is quite costly but I assure you the quality of gameplay it gives you is amazing. As others have suggested, if you have that little bit of patience in you unlike me, waiting for sale is indeed a better option.

Though being one of the classic RPG games you might have played several years ago, the graphics of this game is none like the others. It is stunningly beautiful that I can't even believe it is in fact just a classic RPG game. (meaning you can run this game with low specs)

The game's mechanics are especially awesome considering there are so many varieties in how you can play this game, leaving you as far as your imagination can bring you. Battle mechanics are proportional to that, you can play it strategically or just dish out AoE spells hoping that the enemies die before you.

Disclaimer: OCTOPATH gives you a slight convenience in treasure chest finding because most areas have obvious paths leading to those hidden chests.

The best thing I would say is the playtime you can receive from this game. I've hit 18 hours knowing that I might not have completed even 30% of the game. In the end it's really about how you want to play the game, grinding for levels, finding treasures, or simply steal OP equips from NPCs with a 3% success chance (kinda like a gacha lmao).

Again, don't let the price fool you, it's gonna be damn worth your money. (as long as you're into this kind of game)

Amazing game with a solid story. Felt like it's worth the price for about 10 hours of gameplay with stunning graphics. Every time Hugo gives Amicia flowers though, such beautiful moments.

Can't get the soundtrack out of my head and also the different endings which agitates my "no re-play-ing games" rule.

I just love stealth-able games which heightened your gaming senses. Though somehow I always break it into assault mode.

Very good even in Alpha. Just love surviving with those additional skill perks. Though I'm afraid I can't continue with my backpack blown by a car explosion.

I really love how the game works and venturing on a ship with guns is a new one for me.

I'm afraid I can't hold my tears back. The storyline is simply awesome and tragic and, sweet.

One of a kind zombie themed games. Very great gameplay and a tragic storyline you could never forget. Playable in co-op which won't make you feel alone.
