I can buy multiple better games with more gameplay for the price of 1 skin
The only good thing this game had was PVE which they killed for more mediocre skins

Definitely one of the most innovative gameplay designs in recent years I mean in what other game do you have to blow up half a building just to shave off 0.5 seconds. Its replayability is a bit low because in the sandbox you can just blow up and experiment, but the missions some are really hard and might take up to 2 hours of preparation and it might be too slow and you have to prepare a new plan that might take 2 hours to do. You can easily sink in dozens of hours of fun while preparing except 1 mission(insurance fraud) F that mission. One feature I would love to have is saves not only quicksaves but full saves where it saves everything and in the event of a crash or i just want to beat my time everything is ready.

Doom still a great game after these years and waiting for a seaquel soon its gameplay is simple but fun and satisfying. The level design is very good almost amazing with its hidden collectables witch are aesy to find but it might take you too much time between acktion packed fight the only reason it isnt amazing is the dynamic resolution whitch scales down the resolution for better performance but while exploring the levels it is very noticable and is too agresive that if you are not running the lstest and greatest will ruin some cutscenes for you when you see the loading of some textures(I played the game on an i5 8400 and gtx 1060 wich at ultra with 130fps happend).The gameplay is considered revolutionary because instead of making you hide behind a corner to regenerate health like every other fps games it gives you non regeneraing healt which can be expanded (armour and ammo capacity too) by exploring the levels which can only be restored by aggresively throwing yourself intho the enemy and killing him with normal weapon for some moderate amount of health or mele killing them for a much bigger amount of health, ammo and armour. The game's biggest flaw is the lack of a story witch is with a reason if you ask me by following the doom franchise's creator and Co-Founder of id Software(the creators of the game) John Carmack "Story in a game is like a story in a porn movie. It's expected to be there, but it's not that important.". That dosent mean the game dosent exactly have a story the more inportant and interesting parts of it is hidden in lore which isn't really in much detail and is covered in very interesting lore and theory (since there really aren't much things confirmed) videos on youtube.

I personally rate the game a 9.4 because of the lack of a real story but compensating with amazin gameplay and the too agresive dynamic resolution and a compensational award for the most badass character THE MOTHERF*CKING DOOM SLAYER and the award for the most badass voice in recent years to Dr.Samuel Hayden portrayed by Darin De Paul.
