EDIT// No update since 9 months, devs said that it still needs "polish" like 5 months ago... ♥♥♥♥ the devs and ♥♥♥♥ this game.

Why wouldn't i recommend the game?

It's quite simple; there are two metas since release:

1. camp - sit with a sniper at the border of the map and aim at one single spot for 30 minutes or lay in a corner and wait for people running into you
2. suicide rush - get a SMG, flank, kill a few, die, respawn 5 seconds later at a squad mate, repeat

There are barely any nice gun-fights which are two sides shooting at each other. It's always half of the team camping in the back with snipers and the other half of the team just suiciding into each other. It's fun for maybe one hour, but gets extremly frustrating and boring afterwards.

Most of the time you will die because a) a sniper spotted you and finally hits his shot after he tried for 10 minutes or b) you and or your squad are running into 20 enemies

Most of your deaths will NOT be an skill issue because there was close to nothing you could have done to prevent it. Being good in this game basically means that you either suicide run into enemies with "suicide vest", C4 and or SMG, kill 6 players just to get instant sprayed down OR camp at the border of the map. That's the definition of being good in this game.

The game also doesn't know if it want to be fast or slow paced. You can be very fast with the SMG and correct equipment whcih implies a fast gameplay and yet, there are several things like bleeding (which is random and completly stops you for 2-5 seconds or even kills you if you have no bandages left) or merging mags which slow you down heavily. There are also like 200 spots to check on each corner which also implies a slower type of gameplay, but nah.

Also killing an enemy doesn't mean anything. They respawn within seconds. The only way to prevent them spawning is rushing on the spot or close to them so they are always marked as "in combat".

There are several ways you could die:
a) random headshot accross the map from a dude spraying
b) claymore (which someone placed 20 minutes ago)
c) anti-person mine (which someone placed 20 minutes ago)
d) getting shot in the back by a dude who was rushing with mp just so he can die 2 seconds later
e) getting shot in the side by a dude who was rushing with mp just so he can die 2 seconds later
f) grenades someone threw randomly (it's worse than metro on Battlefield 3 most of the times, due to easy access to ressupply). A support can have 3 nades on him, 3 extra supply boxes with 5 nades each. So a single supporter can have 18 grenades. EIGHTEEN! I am not kidding...
g) an actual decent gun-fight with another player

Other things that are horrible:
- weapons are extremly unbalanced (most of them are literally useless because there is a weapon which has better values in every single stat, e.g. AK15)
- 50% of the players are snipers on most maps
- medics not healing or reviving
- supporters not supplying
- maps are to sniper-friendly
- barely any voicechat activity because people get banned very easily
- barely any textchat activity because people get banned very easily
- the netcode is horrible and people with a high ping have a unbelievable adventage if the play offensive
- some attachements are absolutly useless
- basically every scope is either 1x or 3,5x+
- quite a few tryhards in the game which play the meta and only the meta
- barely any balancing update
- absolue chaos which allows players to actually just run into the enemy and be "undetected"
- literally a legal "wallhack" due to footsteps of enemies being extremly loud compared to friendly players
- most players are like bots but without the aim, it's literally like playing against ~100 bots on big servers

So what is good about the game?
+ it's nice for killing time every once in a while
+ the meta weapons feel kinda good
+ killing a lot of people with a spray is very satisfying

UPDATE//
The promised update has been postponed several times now, the last decent update is nearly 6 months old and the upcoming update will change the core game and playstyle. Basically; the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
