just reducing your health is an understatement. it allows you to set your maximum health to 0. there's a reason why frenzy is a skill that you have to spec points into which only allows you to go down to 69hp. using the mod allows to to always have a 3.5x damage multiplier with out any skill involved. there's reasons why people have spent so much time discovering and optimizing ways to reduce your heath to 0 or close to it.
