I suspect I will not get a refund since I've played for too long, but I refuse to support any entity that thinks it's acceptable to change the terms of a sale after the fact. I have no recourse here other than "don't play the game", but since we likely will not see comprehensive user data protections in the US for the foreseeable future, the consumers get screwed over.

I am requesting a refund anyways, so that the data indicating refunds and user sentiment will be affected.
