okay to clarify they said they'd give the keys after they get the prize but this ♥♥♥♥ still ain't believable. (no items other than achievement items with 2k hours in tf2 and every single achievement along with the immediate +rep???)

I haven't even played a match with Trainwrek let alone met them. They message me randomly about voting for them in a tournament in TF2 to help out(no idea how that helps). Says they'll give me 20 keys even though their inventory in TF2(the only game they have) is duplicates of every achievement item. They also have every single achievement in TF2 even though half of them don't work or aren't even possible anymore. Half sure its a scam don't click the links they give you.
