writing a review for this game is hard because on one hand, i have more hours than an hourglass in this game but on the other and more dire hand, the game is a bit odd as the bit where you merely appear in the middle of a situation and have to wait for 30 minutes for anything remotley interesting to happen and when it hapens you are greeted by some dogs and when the dogs dont kill you there are big men who want to touch you which makes the game nto only very very very disturbing but also transphobic as i am a dirty little goblin who needs to be punished

I used to remember playing Colin McRae Rally 2004 and the memories were sweet and I remember picking the original Dirt which felt lackluster and a disappointing sequel. DiRT 3 is, however, a huge improvement over the older games in any way. It runs smooth and physics feel spot on. There's great variety in rally's and cars. You can blaze through snow in a stadium truck, drive a super fast Audi through the finnish rally tracks, drift like Ken Block in a Subaru and drive on the silky roads of Monaco. It's a true sequel and a homage to the older Colin McRae Rally. I recommend this game to any rally fan out there.

actually i have played this game quite some while now and i have some thoughts, the way that you have to run around is making the game feel like a running simulator and also you have to take breaks from running so your character can rest which makes the running sim feel very authentic. i do think the bit where you have to kill weird wonky people is a tad unethical for my taste as i would not like to drag my axe all the way across the gentlemans face three times merely for them to fall flat and then i can take their entire stock. i feel they should interact with me and offer their things beforehand. this is cringe. people in this game also open fire which is quite unforutunate for my taste as i am terrible with handling a single firearm, i simply do not know how to loead it with bullets! that may be becasuse of my room temperature iq but also due to the factr that game bad
