Unreal Engine and its consequences have been a disaster for the gamer race.

FPS drops in locations like Heap to 10 FPS with turned on FSR on 3070 Ti to add to it you cannot turn off raytracing in the game, game forces you to use it no matter what options you choose. It's been 10 years since Witcher 3 came out and the graphics didn't changed that much so why do we need few times more powerful hardware for something that looks almost the same?

Moreover the game sometimes looks just plain ugly, weapon lasers "smear" over the screen, shadows leave strange artifacts behind like ghosting, without some specific option in game the game is too sharp looking...

The atmosphere is great but... some enemies feel like bullet sponges, bloodsuckers, even human enemies, some NPCs can take two headshots despite not having any head protection, game gives you the "headshot" sound but the enemy is unaffected.

When it comes to the living zone it's miles below previous Stalker entries, NPCs just spawn in the wild, same with wildlife. You can get killed by a pack of dogs, reload a save from a minute before and those dogs will not be there again. It just feels hollow compared to previous games.

Edit.
Minor things like the most useless flashlight in a videogame I've ever seen, 1$ flashlight from aliexpress would work better.
Anoying contrast between indoor and outdoor places, somehow getting out of a shack that you were in for a minute makes your character blind due to moon being out.
