I've spent far too long playing this game, and I still can't wait for update 1.4 to come out so I can spend even longer. But where this game really shines is in the Modding Community, with mods like Calamity and Thorium more than doubling the size of the game, and making it worth every second.

Great story, good graphics considering this is from the ps1, although i don't see any difference between the "original" graphics and the "updated" graphics settings. Beautifully made music, gameplay is very enjoyable, and it's overall a good game, one warning though, DO NOT SKIM THE CONTROL SCREEN, YOU WILL SPEND FOREVER JUST TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT KEYS IF YOU DO.

This game is amazing, but really hard. Harder than The Binding of Isaac! I am stuck at the Hospital and i'm loving every second, except when i die. so i enjoy every other second...
